Can I watch the performance if I don't have internet access?
No. The show will be live, you will need a strong internet connection to ensure optimal streaming.

I purchased my ticket, how do I start watching?
Once you confirm your purchase, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. 
Click "Access Virtual Event" tostart watching. 
You will also receive an email with an access code, which you can use if you want to watch thestream on a different device than the one you purchased your ticket on.
 Please note; each ticket grants youaccess on only one device. If the same code is used on two devices, you will need to wait an hour before logging in again on either device.

What should I do if I can't locate my access code or confirmation email?

I am using a filtered device. What do I need to know before purchasing access to watch the livestream?
If you're purchasing access on a filtered device please contact your internet filter provider before completing your purchase to ensure that they will allow you to access the event. 
They will need to have this page as well asvimeo.com whitelisted.

Can I watch on multiple devices with my account?
No, you can only watch the livestream on one device at a time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the sensitivity of digital video streaming and as per our terms and conditions, purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If I buy a livestream ticket, can I replay it after show?
The show will stream live and there will be no replay available.
